Nah, I'd rather make a prequel set in the times of French Revolution where picrel gets a Geass that lets him plunge people into suicidal despair through eye contact. Usually the victim commits suicide soon, but sometimes can be tricked into doing things, convinced it will alleviate the despair and self-loathing they feel.
At first he thinks it's a useless Geass and gets mad at CC. He executes CC, but she comes back and out of spite (because she didn't really die and he refuses to kill her properly) gives Robespierre a Geass too.
Robespierre's Geass is voice-activated and it makes people believe everything he says unquestioningly. Saint-Just goes to Vendee and gets captured by royalists. Almost rape ensues, but then Robespierre saves him basically by telling the captors they are ignoble worthless trash. They commit mass suicide. Robespierre is horrified and is plagued by remorse: he thinks suicide is a sin against the Supreme Being and he doomed people to Hell. But still he doesn't kill CC or even hate her, he feels sorry for her and they actually become reluctant friends, bonding over their despair, loneliness (despite having 'friends' or even 'lovers'), remorse for their mindbreaking people by Geass and over their desire to die.
Antoine hates CC even more for friend-cucking him. He also suspects she has literally cucked him and fears he has accidentally cast his Geass on Robespierre and this is the real reason for his friend's despair and growing alienation from him. He keeps having violent meltdowns at CC and Robespierre.
What could happen next I haven't conceived so far, but perhaps Antoine would finally lose control over his Geass and accidentally suicide some other person important to him or Maxime. Or accidentally use the Geass on himself while doing his hair and have an urge to off himself, but still try his best to fight it for the sake of Revolution, in the process losing the last remnants of his sanity.

I think she'd get similar, but different powers. In the spiniffs and drama CDs there are Geass that don't require eye contact in order to work; like the submarine captain that can use his geass to smell lies.
Her geass is like a mild hypnotic, she gives them a suggestion and convinces them why it's reasonable. It's the difference between a convincing argument vs an explicit order.

The point of the harem isn't to get lelouch to sleep with any of them (because she's a massive brocon) the point is to keep him from going on his I MUST DESTROY THE BRITANNIA crusade.
So she convinces Shirley, Kaguya, Kallen, MAI HUNNY, and even Euphemia to go out on a date with her brother whenever a big Black Knights operation is about to go underway, or when she can tell Lelouch is going to try to advance his plans.
