If I remember the episode correctly Ninamori his hanging around town alone, Naota finds her and they chat.
Haruko drives in like a maniac on her vespa, knocks Naota into Ninamori, Ninamori faints after touching unconcious Naota's cat ears.
They get brought back to Naota's home and it is decided that Ninamori will spend the night there, she takes a bath and next time we see her she's wearing Naota's pjs and glasses that have lenses (unlike the fake glasses of the last scene).
She's borrowing Naota's pjs because she obviously wasn't prepared to spend the night here, so we can assume those glasses she's wearing in Naota's room are real and not something she prepared just to lie to him.

You're overthinking it. The glasses were always fake why would she have fake glasses and real glasses if she actually used real glasses? The whole point was that she was fucking with Naota.

There is never any indication that her glasses have real lenses in that scene.
