Subaru questions if this is really Cecilus or just some kid playacting, because of this his child brain makes him give Cecilus the nickname "Ceci" in case they actually end up being different people
Cecilus rambles a lot
Subaru freaks out over being tossed to the other side of the country
Ceci tells him he washed up with a little girl, Subaru assumes it's Rui but as we know it's Tanza
Somewhat important passage relating to the above: Subaru considers Rui important not just because of what was brought up before with him not wanting to decide something important like killing her while his mind is in disarray, but also because she's basically the one thing he thinks is tying him to Rem in her amnesiac state
