Things that we need to know in HxH before it ends: >will Kurapika find a new purpose in life after completing his revenge and what will it be? >will the Spiders survive Hisoka's rampage >can the tradition of the Succession War be stopped? >will Beyond and/or the Zodiacs manage to find a Blessing in the Dark Continent and come back alive without bringing a Calamity upon themselves? >will Gon ever recover his Nen? >what is the real nature of Nanika? >what is Gyro actually like as a person and how will he meet Gon?
What do you think is the answer to each of these questions.

What would these three things constitute? Didn't signing that contract mean that Beyond already has these things? What's the relevance to the characters on screen?

The only thing it seems he was lacking on his own was the authorization. So Ging symbolizes the ability to get that contract.
