Last season at least we had the Bookworm Isekai anime, which was the only good one from that season.
But this season seems to be 100% hopeless.
I had some hopes with Engage Kiss and Lycoris Recoil, the characters designs were kinda cool, but they ended being very cliche and generic plotwise.

Yeah it's pretty shit. I gave the isekai summoner anime a chance just now (funny that there are 2 of those this season) and it was so generic it just hurts, I kept expecting anything interesting to happen but it was safe and cliche it almost felt like an AI generated it.
Downloading KareKano right now, I've given up on this season already kek. There's MiA season 2 airing but that's about it.
