this chapter introduces a new recurring character, Tsuyoshi Kusanagi! You can see his face peeking out behind sensei here . Kusanagi became famous as a member of the boy band SMAP, but Kumeta pokes fun at him for a different reason. Late April 09 Fuji TV announced a campaign to expand digital broadcasting and came up with a mascot character "Chi Dejika" who you may have seen last week. The timing couldn't have been worse however, since just four days prior Kusanagi, who had been appointed the "main character" of the digital broadcasting campaign by the Association for the Promotion of Digital Broadcasting was arrested for public indecency. To make matters worse the then Minister of Internal Affairs Hatoyama Kunio's comment, "Chi Dejika will have to work extra hard in Kusanagi's absence" was misunderstood to imply Chi Dejika was created in a hurry after Kusanagi's arrest. Tsunetsuki isn't hiding but shows up 12 times.
