How do you anons go about finding shows to watch after you discovered your taste? I feel like I have a pretty decent grasp on what I like, but I still have difficulty finding anime I love. For some maybe it's easier if you simply love a certain genre but it's more vague than that for me personally. I find shows that seem to be my things but I end up disappointed when I watch them. I suppose the easiest way is to look up other works made by the same people of the works you love. In the end I feel like I'll have to go through and try each and every anime that has ever been made to find them and that there are no shortcuts.
Almost all "if you like X, try Y" recs are awful and superficial.
