If you're actually asking for an opinion (with spoilers) what I got from it is that Nanami a kind of love that isn't bound by normal social conventions. What I mean is that she didn't just want to date some guy, break up with them/get dumped, and move on like a normal middle schooler. For her, incest, the purest form of love, was a way to achieve this special something. That's why she was so broken up when she thought that she's just some shitty NBR imouto and not a real one.
