The game is WAY ahead of Progressive now and goes full OC in floor 75 similar to IM/HF.
Don't really remember the plot, but Sachi being around means she actually goes around metting and interact with Kirito harems with (You) and Koharu.

Kinda? Last I checked, Kirito never joined Sachi's guild in the Integral Factor so while he's friends with her, they're not as close as they were in canon. Kirito is still basically set to get together with Asuna, and he also never goes full loner so to speak thanks to the MC and Koharu (the game's main heroine) sticking by his side along with the rest of Kirito's friends from canon also appearing and backing him up when he needs it.
