>IT'S MY REVOLUTION
IT'S MY REVOLUTION
Remember when lolicon anime was still allowed? Yeah, different times.
Good times
Better times. Fanservice used to be smartly done. I'm more or less just living in the past at this point.
Don't even mention it. Today even World Witches series is neutered.
Only braindead ecchi with mature girls get fanservice in modern anime industry. All hail globalization.
I'm still enjoying it so far, but I wish there wasn't this global pressure to apply moral standards to works of fiction. Even if it isn't happening as overtly as it is in other industries, you can still see that it's having an influence.
What do you mean? I think it completely fell, no other medium shows as little of lolis as modern anime does.
>no other medium shows as little of lolis as modern anime does.
It's kind of ridiculous to say this. You still get the odd bit of loli fanservice here and there, even if it's been made less overt.
Just try showing most anime where the loli character shot/on screen in a way that is even slightly focusing on inpure things and you'll see that it isn't at all the norm (or even happens) in other industries to have any loli fanservice at all. In fact, there'd be public outcry if even a whiff of that got into most industries.
Whiff of what? What exactly aired in recent history that showed even half as much loli skin as the average child on street during summer, much less likely a panty shot or outright service shot? Closest we got was Kunoichi's onsen episode, and even that is nothing compared to Cuties for example.
>Remember when lolicon anime was still allowed?
uhhhh??
It had a few surprising scenes, but come on. Sadly it had zero quality cheap visuals.
uhhhh?
>Censored shit
That series is a thing from the past, user. Not a recent series. And it already butchered the manga's fanservice despite. It already started to go down the path we are at the bottom today.
I'm not saying we aren't going down a dark path as far as loli service goes. I'm just saying to claim that it's worse than other industries is a bit insane. Cuties doesn't count because it was one thing and you must've seen the outrage that (rightfully) ensued. It's still knot all that abnormal in anime to see a fanservice shot of a younger girl the likes of which would get people looking suspiciously at you if you were to show it to people not familiar with anime, even if it has been toned down a bit admittedly.
Even Akebi-chan was really toned down...
Sorry but I don't agree with you. I might not like real little girls, but they do show a lot more skin on TV than modern anime. That is the sad truth, anything with little girls in it will be lewder for the lecherous eyes than the super strict against lolis anime industry.
