At one point it just became the main characters fighting some sorry excuses for antagonists.

Easy, redemption. Death after sad backstory jump pre-approved failproof way to satisfy all.

Shigaraki and Bakugo keep playing tag. Deku is taken by the Star's pilot jets to AFO fight as backup where Deku activates the second's quirk and saves Endeavor. The quirk having become abnormal we get a Backugo theory but with Endeavor who becomes Hisashi after time warping into Inko's house and losing his memory because of the impact. The commission paid him to be their representative abroad because of DNA testing and we see the one armed Hosashi at last hile AFO I revealed to have been Nana's husband who never died. Gran Torino lied like Obi Wan, AFO knew and hated Nana's friend his cucker, and he was trying eugenics with Nana to create a AFO and OFA quirk child which failed. All Might's power of prayer causes AFO to rewind into dust while he is giving this backstory speech to Deku. Manga ends in 20 chapters after that with the two remaining fights and extra fights including all the villains being sent free in last 3 chapters but Shirakumo awakens in the second last to save the day.

Hawks saying Twice was a good guy who wanted good because his motives at his hour of death were pure for nakama was textbook easy redemption. No real proof of good, no logic, total lipservice.

Twice was very based for fliping Endeavor's cheerleader off and going to die on his true friend's arms

Ok, that is interesting, who do you think will be redeemed, who will die, and why?

Hori needed a way to get rid of Twice. He did it so the character who killed him was voided of any blame. That was all.

Yet twice died a villain who cursed the heroes and society. His last action was killing a hero.

Twice was willing to kill millions just to make Toga wet her panties, innocents who have done nothing.

Twice died for people who never gave a fuck about his ass.

Is there even any way for hori to salvage this series, or is it ending in a wet fart like bleach inevitable?
