Reina Ueda will be the voice actress for Eleonore. She also voiced for Juna from Realist Hero, and is voicing Melfina in Kuro no Shoukanshi. I'm happy with this since her voice is a nice mix of sexy and cute. I have a huge boner for Eleonore, I'm interested on how it'll play out.
Probably better depending on your tastes. Yakkyoku isn't just about cute fantasy drugs, but the protag actually fighting diseases with RL knowledge.

If anything Yakkyoku is more similar to your typical isekai (i.e. protag uses RL knowledge to make stuff).

Another World Drugstore is mostly comedy and SoL. The drugs don't exist, the problems are all weird. You're watching it for the sake of the characters doing cute/weird stuff while living in a drug store. It could be anything really - the premise would work if he had an armour shop or a potato farm or etc.
Isekai Yakkyoku is about a pharmacist being reincarnated into a family of pharmacists. It's rather serious in nature; it was written by a doc, using his RL knowledge. He sucks at Chemistry though, be warned. He's actually fighting serious shit, operating patients with exposed fractures, trying to cure the Empress, this sort of stuff.

He's able to mention the name of commonly used or historical drugs, but is unable to even instruct the artist on how to draw a simple water molecule. There's no hint whatsoever in the manga that he actually knows organic chemistry, or the steps necessary to synthesise anything larger than a benzene. He sounds like a doctor through and through, only knowing the tidbits of chemistry relevant for his profession, not for a pharmacist.
