most ones in asian countries are safe to eat raw - but if you try to eat raw eggs by the dozen in america you're probably going to catch salmonella or get a massive worm growing inside your gut
also anons here are dumb, you need rice to be literally boiling hot for it to partially cook the egg and for it to turn out properly

Why do retards think someone would want to wait for it to cook even if rice could actually cook it. Hardboiled eggs taste like shit, there's absolutely no reason to eat eggs that have been cooked for more than 1-3 minutes. If the rice could cook it it would spoil before you finished eating.
