there has been something on my mind. why does the /bort/ fanbase seem so civil and well adjusted compared to narutards? the worst not!general threads we've had were always when retarded karinfags and pinkfags or hinatafags and pinkfags had a shit flinging contest, yet we always have borusara and borusumi and sometimes even kawasara in these threads, yet even at the pinnacle of schizoism, they never shit up the entire thread to such a degree. why is that?

Because there isn't anything worthy to discuss about this franchise. Most of the fans who grew up with Naruto suffered franchise fatigue as the story went on and fucked off when it ended. Only one's left are embittered Naruto fans (who are a vocal minority) and Boruto fans.

i was making the claim about the fanbase, it wasn't the fanbase itself. i'm just bewildered at how narutards make these threads worse than anything /bort/ fans could ever do. the only thing that comes close is mitsucho. i guess that it could be because there's less self inserters in the fanbase, so hatred towards a character is not taken so personally and the people that do self insert tend to be more emotional anyway
