Also, a weaker character can beat a stronger character.
The score is ODDS based.
Even if she COULD have this amazing broken hatsu in combat, the ODDS of her being better at combat than Illumi are minimal to non existent.

Togashi is a DBfag and uses MANY of its tropes in HxH.
I'm not a Dragon Ball for or anything, but disregarding something as a "dragonball trope" is the dumbest argument ever in a HxH discussion.

We've already established that he has no grasp on ability conditions and circumstances beyond the general feel of a character. The odds of her obtaining success isn't something he'll be able to read and, depending on those exact conditions, the method of attack somebody else uses is very important.
If her power is based on how often a target talks, a showboater like Hisoka will be unintentionally crippling himself without realizing it.
