Fate Stay Night VN

I watched Akira with my older brother when I was 8 years old.

Kill La Kill.

I used to hate anime and anime looking things as a teen, even though I loved pokemon, yugioh, digimon and eva as a kid
so I rewatched eva and stoped being in the anime closet

I found my big bro secret stash and he had Bible Black, I was a very confused kid that day

i first watched dragon ball z when i was a little kid (like 5 or 6 years old), i remember my first episode was goku fighting frieza while namek was about to explode
then like 3 days later my brother showed me evangelion and when I told him that eva "looked" like dragon ball he explained that it was because they were both anime and i was like: "hang on theres other stuff out there aside from dragon ball"
been into it ever since

you just posted it
>though it would be "anime porn"
>get an amazing mecha adventure instead that remains one of my favorites
thank you ytmvs

Godzilla movies

GTO on tv

Uninronically the AMV which your pic is from. Also from some random Zero no Tsukaima scenes on YouTube, seemed nice, so I've started with that

First anime i saw in the internet was sora no otoshimono.
it went downhill from there

I watched Jungle Taitei and Dragon Ball as a kid when they aired on TV in my country, but it was KLK that got me into anime more seriously.

cute girls

unironically, magical pokaan. i hated dbz and naruto with a passion, but as soon as I stumbled onto magical pokaan back in the day there was no going back.

>Pic related
My first anime was Blood +

Nausicaa. I caught a glimpse of hair on TV when I was a kid. Anything non American animation was strictly forbidden, especially these degenerate jap cartoons. But I never forgot her. I didn't even know her name, she was the girl in the short blue dress with long legs flying her cool white jet glider. Decades later, when I got somewhat fast internet and discovered you can download movies I found her name and downloaded her movie. I was blown away. Since then I got deeper and deeper in anime and manga and I hardly watch live action movies and I'm completely uninterested in the live action series others watch on Netflix. Thank you Nausicaa.

Digimon Adventure when I was a kid

Nichijou. I've watched several "serious" anime first and every time easily moved on to something not-anime else, but after Nichijou more of this cute lighthearted shit was all I wanted to watch, so I've checked out Working!! and never looked back

I got into anime because I saw a promo poster for Death Note when I was 9 and it looked absolutely fascinating to my unacquainted child mind. I would feel deep retrospective embarrassment if I got into anime because of an awful AMV with an obnoxious song and a shit girl.
