I just want all of her Year 2 animated, that's when it peaked, Year 3 has been mostly a letdown, the anime can end at the end of her second year and it'd be perfect, end it before Year 3 starts and before Asuka starts getting more relevance in the series.

Absolutely not, it's been the most bland complete nothing burger of the series. Boring arcs, dozens of chapter updates where nothing happens, breaks all over the place, and the overall tone becomes further and further removed from classic Watamote. The only way you'd genuinely enjoy most of Year 3 is if you're a dumb /u/fag.
