Controversial Opinion: Welcome to the NHK isn't actually a good anime
The concept is great, the soundtrack is amazing, even the characters are very realistically written and interesting people - but the actual story drags on and on without strong cohesion, it doesn't really keep my interest in the slightest despite having so much done right. Leads to an overall fairly middle of the road anime
I liked misaki too but I just wish she was in a better anime
Evan Richardson
ok
Thomas Ramirez
I don't really care anyway.
Hunter Parker
Why you fucking retards can“t make a fucking thread without making use of baits?

yea the anime had a lot of emotional moments but they were spaced out with a bunch of humdrum and tedious bullshit, making it a slog to get through
compared to most anime it's far less cringe and has a good premise the execution just sucked
Jonathan Torres
Anything that goes against Any Forums consensus is bait that has been crafted for the sole purpose of making Any Forums mad. No one has genuine opinions that go against Any Forums, please understand.

making Any Forums mad is a good goal to have, there's nothing wrong with that
They should have kept in the parts from the book about him amassing 30 gigs of actual child porn and doing drugs

It wouldve explained some things for anime only people. Your refrigerator doesnt just talk to you for no reason.
John Bell
didn't he have a loli folder on his computer in the anime? also the initial scenes with the schizo ramblings and hallucinations kinda made it seem like he was tripping but it turns out it was just symbolic or whatever.
