Why are anime writers so obsessed with Schrodinger's cat?
And why do they always get it wrong?
Why are anime writers so obsessed with Schrodinger's cat?
It is perfectly used here considering this bitch was an annoying in heat slut man hater.
peak pseudo-intellectual
They use it so you can come here and make a thread about how it's different from what you just learned in your high school physics class.
you give him too much credit.
he probably cherrypicked the easy-to-understand parts from a wikipedia article.
That bitch was the reason I hated the anime, she only spoke pseudo-intellectual bullshit, completely ruined the episode every time she opened her mouth.
Name 3 anime where it's mentioned
Bunny Girl Senpai
Myriad Colors Phantom World
Hellsing Ultimate
Most authors don't study quantum physics so they go for the only example they know to make a character seem smart
Don't forget many Mangas too (which not yet made it to be animated), where the half dead cat is mentioned too.
Remember when they made characters play chess and listen classical music to look smart?
just seeing random shots from this show triggers me, I've never felt this way about any other media
but thats what smart people do
How do they get it wrong?
Didn't you grow up watching bad network/cable TV sci-fi? "Quantum shit" is the explanation for sooo many absurd plots in Sci-fi/Discovery channel shows like Eureka, Warehouse 13, Sanctuary, Blake Holsey High, and dozens of other lesser shows I've forgotten the names of. Japanese are not immune to the convenience. If you hear someone jump to quantum effects to explain an absurd, obviously magical occurrence, you should just go "Oh ok it's magic, got it" because that's how it's used.
That's more true for visual novel writers than anime
Maybe it's just the japanese in general
There's something about the characters expressions that makes them extremely obnoxious. Especially the MC.
ryukishi's usage was fucking retarded, but not the worst I've seen.
meds
Space Dandy
Taboo Tattoo
If your work of fiction mentions Schrödinger, it's shit. No exceptions.
