Alright, I've been WAITING for a HnG thread to pop for awhile to ask this - WHAT IN THE FUCK HAPPENED in volumes 12 and 13? Everything was paced more or less just fine, things were reaching a climax (pun intended) with the Christmas and New Years chapters, and then everything went to shit the very next volume with that asinine field trip. Why? Was the manga at risk of being axed? What happened? It's like the author just wanted to rush through the end and get to the university sequel, which so far has been dull.
