Not sure why you'd expect otherwise from her. There's no relationship more toxic and harmful in the manga than the one between these two, and they're completely unable to see it, but you think they can spot it in others?

You have to admit that it is gonna be pretty funny if Chizuru keeps pushing him towards Ruka even after he tells her that he already tried to break up with her multiple times.

Isn't that what's dating is for? It's not like she has to marry him, have sex with him or even kiss him before she is certain she wants to.

BUT she can't date him because it would not be fair for other clients, other clients need to pay to have a Chizuru experience, those poor paying clients. She could possibly quit, but she never imagined pursuing any other line of work, except for acting, but that's not going to pay her bills, so the only alternative she sees is keeping old men company throughout the night.

So instead of any of those she will be figuring her feelings somehow for some unspecified period of time on her own, It's like she is begging him to fuck off, but won't directly reject him, because there still is some money to be made out of his family still believing they're dating. She even got pissed he wanted to end this by himself and told him she doesn't want that.

She is a gold digging whore, there is nothing more to her.

It's not that she really believes that, I think. I believe Chizuru has a mix of anxiety for feeling vulnerable liking someone and guilt for it having to do with a client at her work. The Ruka thing is really a coping mechanism and a farce for her not having to confront these uncomfortable feelings, like hiding behind something more righteous to avoid feeling vulnerable / exposed – "I respect Ruka's feelings" is something way better to think of yourself than "I fell in love with a client, compromising my entire work ethic".
That's just what I believe, anyway.

The worst part is that anybody rational would by now begin to think that she's at least a bad person if not an outright gold digger, but ultimately that's just not what the story wants you to believe. Keep in mind that Reiji is Chizuru's biggest turbosimp who believes she can never do anything wrong. At most I expect another callout from Mami which will in a backasswards way end up probably being correct just like the last time.
