It really depends what threads go in. I'm a regular and there's plenty of positive OP threads. It's not uncommon to have 4+ threads at a time.
Oda thinking it was a good idea to have a time skip and then proceed to make the next two arcs that start the post-time skip the worst arcs in the entire series
