Why is all comedy anime so boring

I find North and Sounth American comedy funny, European comedy is funny but I have never laughed while watching a comedy anime except Space Dandy.

Japanese comedy sucks, it’s 100% straight man reacts to goofy man comedy with no variation. In the West the straight men are actual characters not just an endlessly repeated trope.

Girl does something remotely sexual, main character guy gets a nosebleed and does something stupid, his boring friend with glasses tells him to stop acting like a goof. Repeat
