neo ranga is based, it's wacky shit but also there's some good emotional stuff that balances the fun part of it.

I'm watching Moeru! Onii-san, it's actually really funny, three episodes in.
It's a parody of a bunch of the nekketsu, hypermasculine shonen of the 1980s by taking a buff masculine shonen protagonist and placing him in a silly, shoujo-esque high school comedy setting with moeblob cute girls, over exaggerated delinquents, and characters that are just over exaggerated tropes in general.
Lots of meta, fourth-wall breaking humor so far too.

As summer approaches (it is here in fact) I don't like sitting in front of my PC to watch anime.
This is the last OVA I watched. A nice experiment, but the second episode directed by Oshii would have been better as a movie.
