This series has been talked about on Any Forums like zero times so I guess I'll storytime it for there to be at least some minor discussion.
Basically it's Kamen Rider (transforming belt hero battling monsters) meets classic One Punch Man (overpowered poorfag hero and hero associations and the way humans turn into monsters). If you like either of those, you might like this.
It finished publication with 13 volumes and 144 chapters in 2017 but only 4 volumes got translated as well as 2 chapters of the 5th volume before it got pretty much dropped. And now it has the unfortunate fate of being sentenced to Comikey hell, and Comikey has almost caught up with where the previous team left off.
So before that happens, let's read the volumes that got translated so far.

A bus that needs to speed around a city and maintain a certain speed to ensure the safety of the passengers? This reminds me of a movie, I think it was called "the bus that couldn't slow down"
