How often do weebs get into metal from anime?

For example, AOT has a pretty metal soundtrack, especially op s4p2. I've also heard some hard rock/metal music in HunterxHunter, Fairy Tail, Death Note, etc. Does entertainment enhance music tastes in this matter?

For me, it's the other way around. I've been into metal music for years, and I've gotten into some anime because of the music.

>for example, AOT has a pretty metal soundtrack,
I couldn't bare reading your stupid post beyond this point.

i guess meant it in a figurative way, like "that's pretty metal, dude"

and several linked horizon songs are power metal

I wouldn't say AOT or Death Note are metal

I got into metal from the DBZ dubs, Guilty Gear, and Blazblue, which are anime adjacent. So pretty close I'd say.

Don't know jack shit about metal, but i liked Detroit Metal City's soundtrack.

death note's second opening and closing have maximum the hormone

AoT OP2 also sounds a lot like Helloween
Hell, the cover of Helloween's first album is literally just Attack on Titan

If you like japan and metal this album is required listening

Anime only does power and symphonic metal both of which are gay.

>Marty Friedman
Nice
Joey Taffola, Tony Mcalpine and of course, Yngwie Malmsteen are also neoclassical metal artists for anime fans to listen

I got into metal because of my uncle blasting Metallica and Megadeth. Most anime OPs/EDs don't really compare. Dies Irae has some bangers though.

Attack on Titan's Wit Studio OPs are power metal. Very similar to Raphsody of Fire and Blind Guardian.

This anime still has the greatest metal soundtrack in all of anime.

Gay? Pretty much, but come on. One cannot resist the appeal of speedy guitar solos, intense symphonies, drum beats, powerful vocals, and a quest to fly the dragon, obtain the mighty sword, defeat the evil wizard, and save the princess. In short, it's the good type of gay.

It really depends on your definition of this word. If you mean just the average anime watcher, then evidently it hasn't gotten many people into metal.

I got more "into metal" from Jap vidya when I was younger than from anime desu
