He was a murderhobo psycho from the beginning. In his first fight he tried to maim his opponent with an illegal move. Dunno why people act so surprised when there were signs from the beginning that he wasn't playing with a full deck.

I liked him going batshit, but I'd prefer it if he kept it during fights and toned it down in his normal life. Speaking and acting like a retard 24/7 becomes grating.
Anyway the best part was during summer vacation when all his classmates were enjoying their time at the beach while he was fighting for his life in the sewers with Frankenstein's monster. The way the artist laid the pages side by side, with his classmates having fun and playing around while he was desperately trying to stay alive, really amplified the contrast and sold how much effort he was willing to put into catching up to them. I can't wait to see him return to class. Assuming the creator didn't get killed or something.
