Summer 2022 Anime

With so many series ending this past week, it's time to start looking toward the summer.

I will be watching nothing.

Oh wow.
These are all shit

MiA is the only one worth watching

Looks like I'll be watching:

Kanokari
Engage Kiss
Ayumu
Love Live Superstar
Danmachi
Maou-sama
Jashin-chan
Lycoris Recoil
Made in Abyss
Tsurekano
Maid
Shadows House
Shine Post
D4DJ
BanG Dream

Backlog season yay

>continuing
Abyss
>autism demanding I try every original and media mix
Engage Kiss
Yurei Deco
Prima Doll
Bucchigire
Extreme Hearts
Shinepost
>adaptations of interest
Kamikuzu Idols despite the kamikuso CG
Teppen

I might check in to see what they do to course-correct Shadows House, but between already mangling the plot and Cloverworks season 2s I have no reason to be excited for it.

Watch Love Live

Hoping that Tokyo New Mew won't be absolute dogshit.

>and media mix
Did that ever work out for you?

I missed Lycoris Recoil under autism because I'm also illiterate.

A couple times, yeah.

>Teppen
>Lycoris Recoil
>Engage Kiss
>YUREI DECO
>Prima Doll
>MiA
>Yofukashi no Uta
>Soredemo Ayumu wa Yosetekuru
>Shadows House S2
>Hoshi no Samidare
>KJ File
>Hataraku Maou-sama!!
>5-Okunen Button

I'm fearful for Engage Kiss because it could end up like the last few mixed media projects and Teppen will probably be similarly mediocre as Maesetsu but without Yoshimizu's name behind it. Neither the PV for Hoshi no Samidare or Hataraku Maou-sama!! inspired confidence. I'd give the new Tokyo Mew Mew a try too but most new installments of older series have been as of late so I'll wait to hear the good news first. There's probably a few other series that will be picked up along the way too.

>Kanokari S2 and Jashin-chan S3 are the only shows worth watching
What a dogshit season.

How will you find the time?
For me it's: Made in Abyss,Shadows House and maybe classroom of the elite.

will watch danmachi because I'm a ryuufag

>How will you find the time?
Why people keep pushing this meme, dedicating 1 hour of your day into watching anime is just the bare minimum for a hobby you supposedly like, I wouldn't find surprising someone watching 2 hours or even more a day, which counts as watching around 42 shows in a season.

watching every single isekai/fantasy anime on this list and there's nothing you can do to stop me. all in all watching 13 new series this season, at least.

Most of what I'm interested in are the sequels.

>liking soulless manga adaptations
>when manga exists

Finally another user with some sense. So many people act like watching 12 shows in 3 months is too much just because they are seasonals while they wouldn't bat an eye at someone watching 1 show a week, which is the same thing.

>UtaPri
Based. So sad it's just an special.

Absolutely disappointing season when Kinokari is the best anime on that list
