If it's the MC, as in the MAIN CHARACTER, then I agree. If she's a main girl then she should be of medium bust.
The big titcow should be one of the main side characters, but not the MAIN character.
Haruhi does this correctly. Haruhi herself is of medium size, not too small but not too big. Meanwhile, Mikuru, one of the side characters, is the really big girl.
