There is also an entire sequence involves Kazuya imagining him and Chizuru as 80 years old and Chizuru is still crossing off things that don't quite fit with her state of mind.
Later, Kazuya wonders if she has some kind of reservations about his fashion sense or his grades--basically, something concrete that would stand in the way of their relationship that Chizuru would have to get over.
He's wondering if she has some major problem with him that she can't get over like if he is too ugly. Thinking of ways to prove that he really loves the real person behind the rental act. But between these thoughts can't stop imagining what it would be like to have sex with her?
