365-366 is Guts Vs Griffith, without a doubt.
The next four chapters will likely be the aftermath after Griffith vanishes, and Guts ultimately leaving the group to pursue Griffith.
After that, the new arc begins.

Griffith's ultimate goal is to become the ruler of a utopia that he would create, which is not bad from the perspective from an average person. He gets very close to achieving this goal before Guts and his allies throw a wrench into his plan.

In Guts' view, a hellish real world is infinitely better than a utopia built on lies, so he seeks to constantly undermine Griffith, going as far as committing atrocities, though indirectly. As an example, Guts would kill a monster that's attempting to save people rather than let those people be saved by the monster. Guts hatred for monsters and desire for vengeance consumes him, and he becomes all but a monster himself.

The event that drove Guts over the edge is Casca's betrayal of Guts. Despite being betrayed and raped but Griffith, Casca developed an overwhelming love for Griffith. Casca sacrifices Guts and all of her friends to the monsters in order to get closer to Guts.

Guts first attempt to fight the the Godhand was unsuccessful, in part due Casca using herself as a shield to protect Femto. Schierke sacrifices her life to save Guts, transforming Guts into an undead being in the process. Isidro blames Schierke's death on Guts and views Guts as having betrayed humanity and vows vengeance on him.

Ubik manipulates Isidro through his dreams into taking up the mantle of the Black Swordsman and don the berserker armor. He dedicates his life to hunting down monsters and killing Guts. He rallies all of his surviving allies against Guts, including Puck, but Pluck remains on the fence in regards to Guts.

Skull Knight appears in front of Guts and reveals that everyone had been manipulated by him all along as he ascends to Godhood.
