you got a point, but i feel like at least aizen had more fleshed out relations and agency with other characters, while makima felt like hyperfocused on the MC and most of the crazy stuff she did was either told be the narrative or simply offscreened until the final arc kicked in. then she jobbed and everything returned to the status quo
