His Nen beast suggests that his character isn't as suitable for rule as it seems.

strike the moment he activates his Zetsu, his ability is meme worthy considering it takes him like a second or two to activate.
Pitou could activate her ability and attack in 0.1 seconds, I'm pretty sure top tier nen users are capable of a similar feat, he'd get torn apart instantly.
not to mention how little combat experience Tse has, he's just a rich brat who happens to be talented when it comes to nen, I wouldn't even be surprised if Togashi is baiting us and he ends up dying next for being too cocky.

what if tse goes full monkmode and remains in a state of zetsu until he dies. he will be essentially living in the future

even if he does there's a limit to how far in the future he can see, and he can't respond to an attack he cannot physically dodge even if he sees the future, his ability is useless against a well planned ambush.

So what are his abilities? future vision. some kind of mass illusion. nen beast find things that want to spy on him and destroys them, and also finds people who lie to him.
and then there is his own nen beast, which idk what it's powers are. is it related to his future vision or can do other things?

we don't know much about the other nen beast but I suspect it's similar to Camilla's cat, since she too needs to be under zetsu to activate her counter ability once she's killed.
I think his nen beast will unlock some new time related ability, maybe Togashi will actually go the full king crimson route and have Tse be able to delete time on top of seeing the future and acting in its illusion vacuum.

Spread a fake rumour around his guards. Even the shadow of a doubt would be enough to weaken his ability

I don't think it's counter type. it wouldn't have synergy with his other abilities. his future vision is for dodging attacks
I think it's going to be manipulation based. but that makes too many prince's abilities related to manipulation.

I think it's counter type by virtue of requiring him to be under zetsu for it to activate, since being under zetsu renders you defenseless.
at least that's how I see these types of abilities that wait for the opponent to make a move before manifesting themselves

his nen beast relies on drawing power from his entourage, if you take out his guards or just sow discord among them you've basically rendered him defenseless.

it'll probably be mafiakino judging from where we left off, more specifically Morena mommy kino.
I think either is fine, Togashi is clearly setting up for the story lines to converge soon.

Tse downsides in the war are obvious. He has no allies.

And the purpose of the war in this case is to indirectly kill the princes thru allies/pawns.

They aren't exactly allies, but iirc Tubeppa sees Tse as someone reliable, and Halkenburg respects him greatly.

Morally speaking Halkenburg is the only justifiable choice for King, he seeks to abolish this whole killing your siblings tradition.
everyone else is either nefarious or self centered, and Woble is still an infant, she'd grow up to be the worst Queen ever considering Kurapika will have handed her the crown on a silver plate without her understanding what it cost.

Halkenburg only associates himself with idealist, cosmopolitan foreigner elites. Compare that to Cammy who has elevated a historically oppressed class within her own nation
