I sure hope not, fucking ruining the classics by making people new to the medium associate it with reboots instead of the fantastic originals

the orignal trigun anime is ass

MILKING, eventing is clone of clone of clone the original and we get a monster. Evry story must end, or continue

no u

There's too much stuff in the manga and I don't trust them to even do a ok 6/10 adaptation of Maximum. Best we'll get another shitty movie like 2010

The movie was just as good as the show it's literally another episode, you didn't understand trigun

too much soul to be made today

reboot cowboy bebop while you're at it. remove the more "problematic" content and replace the ost with more modern music zoomers are into.

it's called champloo

Yeah. I don't care if remakes today want to be 100% faithful or want to make a complete adaptation that couldn't be possible to make because the source work was ongoing... they fail to capture the original spirit because fundamentally they exist in two different eras.

What would it even be? A remake? Prequel? Sequel?
I don't see the point of a remake but that's probably what they are gonna do sadly.

As long as they keep the same English VAs then I’m sure it’ll be passable.

I legit cannot remember a single remake I didn't drop at some point, let alone like better than the first anime, even if the first wasn't that faithful to the manga.
It even happens with old anime I only watched recently, so there is no nostalgia or anything involved. Example is FMA. FMA:B is technically better I assume but it never triggered as many emotions in me as FMA has done and the original ending and the Russian song will forever be stuck in my memory, wheras I cannot remember a single song of Brotherhood leaving any impression on me and last arc seemed to build up decently, but it was never more than a typical shounen while the old ending was THAT thing you always remember an anime did. I did watch both just half a year or so apart.

>faithful adaptation of Wolfwood's death
I couldn't take it, anons.

Trigun sucks cock, pacifism lmfao what a faggot

I thought Japan didn't even like Trigun.

0/10 pls die
