I watched the show and Shinka does in fact mention that she feels lonely because she has no boyfriend. Shinka and Dekomori repeat the same dynamic through season 2 which consists of wholesome moment followed by back to being bitches to each other in the next episode. It's just a gag. The final shot we get of both of them it's them just fighting again at Rikka's sister's wedding, which means they had no development at all and they're the same as they always were, compared to the obvious romantic development the main couple have. It's also evident that the only one with gay inclinations is Dekomori, not Shinka
