Pretty much every canon/semi-canon master we saw that summoned berserker was either profoundly retarded or under extreme stress(or just a child in ilya’s case.) that didn’t allow them to function as they normally would have. Imagine BAHSAKA heracles if kiritsugu had summoned him. He could just go crazy and take on all the servants while kiritsugu would kill the masters of the servant he couldn’t solo.

Archer can have it all too, and he has 10000 swords instead of one and can fire them rapidly at will.

Archer can have invisibility too. And if you combine it with ranged attacks, better stats and independent action it will make assassins look like a joke.
