Why does a sun god have rubber body? Is there some kind of reference I'm missing?
Don't tell me "it's supposed to a cartoony jolly folk god", many instances like Enel fight, the whole time bullets and cannons bounce of him and the mechanic behind Gear forms which pumps air to his body empashize Luffy being literal rubber, but now its supposed to be a magical Zoan?
Is it a deity made of rubber or some kind of comedy god?

Hoping that perhaps Nika is just special awakening of rubber fruit, or maybe it's a special rubber fruit I dunno
but its power should be mainly literal rubber to be consistent with what Luffy has done before while Nika is the extension/derivative
