Why did they position all the dothraki outside the fortress walls and send them riding out into the dark against a zombie army? Why did they hide the women and children in a crypt when they're being attacked by zombies? Why didn't Jamie and Circe just step five feet to the side when only the small fragment of the room that they were standing in was crushed in rubble? And how did that rubble so accurately and only fall on the part of the room they were standing?
