One Piece ending

Jujutsu is definitely not ending soon.
Where we are now feels like right before Shibuya(even if it’s technically Culling Games arc).
The actual plot relevant stuff and twists will last as long as Shibuya.
Then you have the build up to the final arc fighting Sukuna. Gojo will destroy the Jujutsu Elders, basically Maki arc 2.0.
I suspect the build up in Sukuna arc is foreign sorcerers, as indicated by Mei Mei who disappeared at the beginning of Shibuya and fighting the jujutsu elders. Then you get to Sukuna proper and his 1000 year old fuck boy valet and whatever other orbiters of his live.
It’s gonna be at least three years, at this pace

I'm sure they'll find some new easily manufactured casual slop to shovel out to the mindless consumer market.
