I liked Haru, but she had two problems, moreso because of the game than her story. The first, her english VA was awful, not a knock to her character but goddamn, worst acting by far. Second, she unfortunately joins the party really late in the game. You need to rush to do her confidants and outing scenes.
She'll always have the best gun, though.
