Why does Any Forums hate Bleach?

The problem with bleach is its shitty anime, the manga is way better paced and doesn't waste 23 mins of your time adapting a single chapter

Stopped being good after Soul Society.

I don't know if Any Forums hates Bleach but I hate it because Ichigo doesn't win his fights via ingenuity or skill he just powers through most fights especially in SS

I don't mind the powerups as long as a character still has to employ tactical measures or skill to beat the opponent and not just beat up the villain and win

Luffy gets Gear 4th but he still has to actually think his way through harder fights its just that the powerup LETS him fight at higher levels

an example is how he uses gear 4th to spec his abilities into speed to outmatch katakuri's Observation Haki

or he beats Cracker by eating his cracker creations and then absorbing cracker into his fat and builds up pressure to launch him out like a cannon theres still creativity for fights

Bleach feels like its full of creative powers but lacks creative implementation of the powers in fights

once in a full moon there's an actual strategic fight like kyoraku vs staark but most of the time it's dissappointing

but yeah I love Bleach but I also hate reading it cause it frustrates me a lot I love a lot of the soundtracks

I jack off to alot of the women in show heres a list:

- Rangiku
-Rukia
-Soifon
-Isane
-Nemu
-Unohana

In a world of people getting superpowers from their swords and Quincy letters that rival Jojo stands, along with like 100 offensive and defensive spells, all Ichigo will ever do is power up and slash the enemy really hard and fast.

yup that's essentially what it boils down to Getsuga Tensho all over my face holy shit its boring as hell it almost seems like something every Shinigami should be able to do not a main ability

that's why I also hate how Ichigo gets so much presence cause he's boring to watch fight

I'll give TYBW and Fake Karakura Town arcs they actually have more fights with the Shinigami with cool powers

I mean I get it on some level I think a lot of shonen manga authors prefer more versatile and plain abilities I mean even Jotaro from JJBA has like one of the most boring stand abilities which is punching really hard

but over time each Jojo Protag has had weirder and weirder abilties proving that your shonen main character doesn't need to have a base power then again Jojo is written by Araki a experienced mangaka but still (also Jojo stopped being Shonen past part 6)

the manga was a problem for me despite the great artwork it feels so utterly stacked with fights one after another that it begins to feel stagnant Hueco Mundo was the worst arc with a bunch of uneventful fights

despite having so many fan-favorite characters

there's a lot of fat on Bleach I'd like trimmed

We love it, zoomers and newfags hate it because they couldn't get it to enjoy KUBO at the time

Nah even then, part of the charm of Jotaro having such a basic ability is seeing him fight and adapt to all the weird nearly-guaranteed death abilities from enemy Stands.
Ichigo never has to fight smart, he's not forced on the defensive against these abilities and bankai. Aizen schools the Shinigami using his ability and spells... against Ichigo, it's just a brawl.
And the Espada he fought were just battle types. Same for the Quincy, just dash and slash.
Kubo didn't even try to make it interesting.

But OK I still enjoy his character, he gets some cool dbz fights but there's clear wasted potential.

Who cares? I like it and that's all that matters

exactly I love that his stand can basically recreate detailed oriented images or swallowing a stand or plucking the lovers

its enjoyable because of the detail araki puts into getting his characters to overcome the fights Jotaro in P4 against sheer panic attack is like such a great example

yeah I remember in an interview with the Bleach anime director where during the time somewhat stupid stupid yet powerful and mature characters were popular but wouldn't be as popular today and think it perfectly reflects Ichigo

the fights are typical Kubo fashion I think he knows to fashion cool looking fights that will be remembered more for how striking and dynamic they look and less for any logical thread of tactics or employment of creativity like Jojo or One Piece

Bleach fell off when millennial were still the prime demographic.

I haven't watched it yet , it's Ichigo a Gary Stue ?
