I'm glad that it specifies as a lower region exercise instead of selling this form of leg raises as an ab exercise. Too many trainers sell leg raises as ab exercise while teaching this form of only up to 90 degree legs when at that degree it's basically just a hip abductor muscle exercise and the abs only works as stabilizer instead.
