I feel like the chances are low.
If I'm not wrong, the timeslot that Ojamajo Doremi had was taken up by precure as the yearly early morning girls show, and it kinda feels like toei doesn't think there's much merit in adapting the novels.
I'd take another comedy/heartwarming theater type short series again, though I don't know if that's a possibility either.

I came across this channel recently that has a lot of commercial breaks from Doremi and other shows.
Kinda interesting seeing commercials for toys, when even though it's kinda obvious from the show that they were merchandising a lot, it didn't feel totally real for some reason.
