not him, I think it's cool because unlike other power systems, it doesn't get over-explained and the reader has to piece together things himself. I dunno if it's the best objectively, but I really like it.

It depends heavily on characters. If, for example, Power was a slightly different character it would've been a a 5-6/10. Same with majority of main characters. Its like playing an average bowling match and then getting several strikes in a row to win it. You won, but it required luck instead of consistency.
