Basically anyone can defeat the royal guard. They are literal joke characters, which is why two out of three turned into chibi babies towards the end who do nothing but scream about how happy they are that Meruem breathed their air or made eye contact with them.

A more reasonable question would be if they could take down Youpi or Pitou on their own.
All three guards together could absolutely destroy the Troupe. Any hit that Pitou and Youpi land would be a kill shot, and while Pouf probably wouldn't be able to handle them on his own, he's a crazy good support for the others.

Phinks can only output his max amount of aura, it can't be infinitely wound, since he applies more aura with each arm rotation. It would be a really strong hit, don't get me wrong, but I feel like only Youpi would be dumb enough to try and take the hit.
And Guards still have unbelievable durability, like Gon-san spending several minutes pounding on Pitou's head before it finally cracked. It's a good card for the troupe to have, if they can pin down one of the guards, but it's really tough to pull off.

Feitan nearly died to Zazan. Granted, Zazan's possibly the strongest Non-Royal guard ant we met taking her transformation into account, but he still got his ribs powdered and his arm broken by a Squadron leader.
Pain Packer wouldn't do shit to entities that were casually strolling through the aftermath of a nuke. And that's assuming he'd get the chance to use it and not get his head smacked off by a youpi tentacle or something.

The whole Troupe probably has a decent chance against a single Guard. We did see Morel standing up to the RG just barely, and he is probably about Chrollo level, while Knuckle/Shoot were probably about Uvogin and Feitan level. So if it was 13 vs 1, they could probably do it, although they'd probably take extremely high losses. 8+ deaths easily.

Kite managed to scuff up a newborn Pitou, without any developed hatsu or experience fighting. It's more of a feat for Kite that he could scratch her than it is an anti-feat for Pitou

Youpi would only be defeated by a Netero-tier combatant in a fair fight. As far as we know, no one in the troupe has Knuckle-esque hax unless Chrollo's hiding something weird in his book. He's simply unbeatable with the troupe we know.
