Detective Conan was a horribly mishandled frnachise if anything, American licensors could still reanimate it in the USA if they really wanted to, if they tried to aim for the 18+ audience initially,
Kakeau Tsukihi also seems like one of those mangas that would be fine with an anime adaptation.

Sunday is pretty slow when it comes to anime. The past two years things got better but I don't think Ariadne or Kakeau Tsukihi are high on the priority.
It doesn't surprise me one bit that Conan flopped in america. But having the simulcast is something other countries would kill for.
