It's just a promotional trailer for an isekai smut manga aimed at women. There are 5 chapters, with the first two available in English officially. Surprisingly, the sex scenes aren't framed all that differently from regular smut where there's a lot of focus on the female. I thought josei smut would give the male more panels since that's what the female readers would get off to.
