Oda really fucked up with Usopp by making his end game dream a personality change. He’s basically forced to stay a screaming, crying bitch in every arc because if he naturally got more brave as time went on (which he really should have by now), he’d no longer have a dream.

Also i havent felt any emotions about the straw hats since post-timeskip started. Enies Lobby had emotional impact by going to war agaisnt the world government and trying to take back Nico Robin. Marineford made it much more impactful with Ace’s death and the feeling of powerlessness from Luffy. Or when Zoro sacrificed himself to Bartolomeo in Thriller Bark. There is none of those moments in the Post-Timeskip.
Ever since the timeskip started, shit turned into a hypefest. Everything feels so shallow and spamming hype. There is no emotional impact anymore. Aside from a very few moments and flashbacks, it feels very shallow and artificial.
When people say One Piece’s post-timeskip is worst than pre-timeskip, theyre absolutely right.
