DIO is the evilest chara-
At least DIO cared for some people: his mom, Jonathan, and Pucci. But Diavolo... he tortured his mother, killed the priest who took care of him, and burned the entire village where he lived. Also, he tried to kill his daughter and you may think "but he cared for Doppio" well, nope because when Doppio died Diavolo didn't care at all, he just treated him well because if Doppio does something wrong or dies Diavolo will pay for it, the only person I can think of Diavolo could care was his girlfriend. Diavolo is the evilest character in JoJo, not DIO.
