This series gives me whiplash. Has some of the best art and action in the manga industry right now, and also has a fun interesting story. But there’s so much loli borderline H at this point what the fuck. I know the mangaka genuinely enjoys drawing ecchi, maybe more than actual story, but fuck. The borderline h has comeptlely mixed in with the action at this point. Might as well just go full hentai and do the sex.
The pacing at this point with most chapters being borderline-h means arcs are taking forever.
Honestly if this series was weekly this probably wouldn’t be as much of a problem imo. Having 80 pages instead of 35 would mean the pacing problems would probably go away; unless the author just decided to draw more Ecchi in those extra 40 pages. And maybe the art or action wouldn’t be as good if it was weekly.
But it’d crazy, had this series been way more focused on story, and toned down the H, I could easily see it being hailed as one of the biggest battle Seinens of all time popularity wise. I mean, I still think it’ll be considered a classic when it’s all said and done though. Well, I guess it’s fine since the author genuinely gets to draw what he enjoys.
Love the fight choreography and power system But yeah it is impossible to recommend. I don't like the loli stuff but I respect the author for keeping it in.

Fucking masterpiece. Great ecchi, variety of girls, likeable MC, and action and fights that are better than most popular shonenshits. Solid plot as well, even if slow to start. This is the good shit.

Not many other titles, if any at all, managed to combine these two elements so well.

I do agree , since ecchi isn’t inherently bad, and the series does what it does well, and manages to mix up the ecchi well with the action. The main problem with the fanbase arrives when those who don’t like ecchi and those who came for the story get bogged down by all the ecchi.
I will say though, the story pacing kills me now. It’s like every other chapter is just a “no innsertion” magic fuck. I completely forgot what the ongoing plot is lmao.
It also doesn’t help that most people agree the Isekai arc was relatively weak

It was a neat story but I think once it went all-in on the mom is a lesbian rapist thing and min 3/5 chapters started being super fanservice there was no longer really a story.
